no-rolling ("the App", "we", "us") is a self-control app that blocks **only the

posture of lying down and looking at your phone** during a bedtime window. Sitting,

standing, and walking are always allowed. We built the App to respect your privacy:

posture detection runs entirely on your device.

본 앱 no-rolling(이하 "앱")은 취침 시간대에 침대에 누워 폰을 보는 자세만

차단하는 자제력 앱입니다. 앉기·서기·걷기는 항상 허용됩니다. 자세 판정은 **전적으로

1. Data we collect / 수집하는 데이터

We designed the App to collect as little as possible. Specifically:

수집을 최소화하도록 설계했습니다.

• 모션·기압 데이터 — 기기 내 자세 판정(누움 vs 앉기/서기/걷기)에만 사용하며,

2초 롤링 윈도우로 기기 안에서만 처리됩니다. 외부로 보내지 않습니다.

• 위치(백그라운드) — 화면을 끈 채 감지를 이어가기 위한 백그라운드 유지 용도로만

사용하며, 실제 위치는 저장하지 않습니다.

• 차단 대상 앱 선택 — Apple Family Controls 토큰으로 기기 안에 보관됩니다.
• 차단 기록·스트릭 — 인사이트 표시를 위해 기기 내 로컬 데이터베이스에 보관됩니다.
• 익명 ML 학습 샘플 — 사용자가 명시적으로 옵트인한 경우에만 수집합니다.
• 결제 — 구독·평생·소모성·후원 결제는 모두 Apple이 처리합니다.

2. Data we do NOT collect / 수집하지 않는 데이터

• We do not collect or store your actual GPS location.
• We do not see your screen contents or what you do inside other apps.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
• We do not use advertising SDKs or ad trackers.

• 실제 GPS 위치를 수집·저장하지 않습니다.
• 화면 내용이나 다른 앱에서의 활동을 보지 않습니다.
• 어떤 데이터도 제3자에게 판매·대여·공유하지 않습니다.
• 광고 SDK나 광고 추적기를 사용하지 않습니다.

3. On-device processing / 온디바이스 처리

Posture classification uses an on-device Core ML model. Sensor streams are processed

in short windows in memory and are not transmitted off the device. This is the

core privacy promise of the App.

자세 판정은 온디바이스 Core ML 모델을 사용합니다. 센서 스트림은 짧은 윈도우 단위로

메모리에서 처리되며 기기 밖으로 전송되지 않습니다. 이것이 앱의 핵심 개인정보 약속입니다.

4. Purchases / 결제

Subscriptions, the lifetime unlock, the 30-minute bypass pass, and tips are sold

through Apple's StoreKit and the App Store. We receive only the entitlement status

needed to unlock features. Payment details are handled by Apple under Apple's privacy

구독·평생 잠금해제·30분 패스·후원은 Apple StoreKit과 App Store를 통해 판매됩니다.

당사는 기능 잠금해제에 필요한 엔타이틀먼트 상태만 받습니다. 결제 정보는 Apple의

5. Children / 아동

The App is not directed to children under the age required by your region (for

example, 13 in the U.S. or the applicable age in your country). We do not knowingly

collect personal information from children.

앱은 거주 지역에서 요구하는 연령(예: 미국 13세, 국가별 해당 연령) 미만 아동을 대상으로

하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.

6. Your choices / 선택권

• Optional anonymous ML data collection is off by default and only happens if you

opt in. You can opt out at any time in Settings.

• You can delete local data by removing the App.

• 익명 ML 데이터 수집은 기본 꺼짐이며 옵트인한 경우에만 작동합니다. 설정에서 언제든

해제할 수 있습니다.

• 앱을 삭제하면 기기 내 로컬 데이터가 삭제됩니다.

7. Changes / 변경

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last

updated" date.

본 방침은 변경될 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 "최종 업데이트" 날짜와 함께 반영됩니다.
